|Recommended: YesNice little spot — Relatively quiet, spacious and affordable. The desk in the living room is outdated and limits a lot of set up options. Gate hardly works correctly so you'll be making lots of trips to open the gate for friends or door dash and the office is hard to get ahold of but very helpful when you can. Dog park could use some love, but I appreciate it being there
I haven't seen a single bug inside the apartment 3rd floor

|Recommended: YesLove it here so far — Everyone I've come in contact with has been so nice and friendly. We had an issue with our keys the day we moved in and maintenance was there within the hour to make sure we had the right keys.

|Recommended: YesHelpful staff, good location, poor cleanup of dog feces — I’m disappointed with the amount of dog feces that are everywhere on the property. I paid a fee for dog DNA typing so this would not be the case. Plus I pay a pet fee. I understand this may be because of unreported dogs. If this is the case then there should be some sort of surveillance to determine the rule-breakers. Cameras are cheap these days.
This also applies to the people who blow through the entry gates.
However, on the positive Chelsea is responsive and very competent. I’ve always been impressed with how well she responds when we need help. The maintenance staff is also responsive. The location. Is very good and most neighbors are friendly.
